Don't worry I had a big panic the other day- was walking dog and two other dogs attacked mine while she was still attached to me on the lead. Was horrific and I was terribly upset majorly panicky. But bubs is fine. They can withstand a lot you know. Xxx

Baby will be fine! They're tough little things Stress over a long period of time like weeks or months may have an effect but not a panic attack here or there.

Absolutely not. I had a series of tragedies happen when I was 24 weeks with my first baby. I've had severe panic attacks since the first "tragedy"... I still get them if something reminds me of the first tragedy - it was just a really scary, scarring experience. Anyway, I have had to talk to my doctor about this several times because it scared me with my first baby and scares me even more with this one because I've had the panic attacks all the way through. But, my doctor assures me that it's all right. Just try to breathe deeply if you feel it coming on or to help it end sooner.
