My midwife said nuts are completely fine when your pregnant unless you have asthma, must mean there's a higher chance the baby may have allergies to nuts don't know why. but if you don't have asthma get munching :-)

not really sure why i asked i been eating pistachio nuts throughout pregnancy lol

i ate the chocolate last night it were yummy!

It is only if you or baby's father has a nut allergy that you should avoid peanuts.

Unfortunately my OH has nut allergy - and I love nuts
