Why wouldn't you eat it?

There's nothing wrong with eating chocolate or nuts (of any kind!)

Enjoy it - yummy!

No - I have Green & Blacks (if I'm going to have chocolate calories I'm going to make sure they're damn good ones!)

But there's no reason not have have nuts when you're pregnant.

Interestingly, most people who have 'nut' allergies have an allergy to peanuts which are not actually nuts at all, they're a type of bean. Allergies to 'proper' nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts etc) are far less common, and eating any type of nut during pregnancy will have no impact on whether your baby develops allergies.

Nuts are a great meatless protein! I don't know what I'd do without them in my diet...

I hope its ok - I LOVE Dairy Milk Whole Nut... Almost as much as I like Fruit and Nut.

Which pales into insignificance when compared to my love of Jaffa Cakes. mmm Jaffa Cakes........
