But there's no reason not have have nuts when you're pregnant.
Interestingly, most people who have 'nut' allergies have an allergy to peanuts which are not actually nuts at all, they're a type of bean. Allergies to 'proper' nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts etc) are far less common, and eating any type of nut during pregnancy will have no impact on whether your baby develops allergies.
