Changes in movement....maybe

So two days ago, I posted about a sharp aching pain in the center of my lower abdomen that was present while I was standing, but disappeared when I was sitting. It was also worse when i stretched my back backwards....felt like a pulled muscle in that way. It went away the next day (yesterday) but I noticed that I stopped feeling the occasional muscle twitch-sensation that I thought was maybe movement. I used to feel it once a day or so out of nowhere and also every time after I sneezed.

Yesterday and so far today I have sneezed about five times and nothing! I thought I felt it once or twice yesterday after I coughed, but I'm not sure.

I'm 19 weeks today. The doctor said it's nothing to worry about and she thinks the muscle twitch sensation was just a muscle twitch. She says it's still early for a first-time mom to feel clear movement.

But I'm worried, what does everyone think? Is it probably okay?

No idea hun but didn't want to read and run and leave you with no posts. People seem to feel movement at diff points depending on placenta place etc, I know I could feel movements easier if I lie on my back and concentrated. I feel him everyday now at 22wks x

Thanks. Do you think I have any reason to worry?

sounds like baby just moved away he or she was touching and making twitch..if the baby moved away from it...the baby is not there to make it twitch no more

another reason is you will get alot of twitches and pains that will stay for while and then go..... most of it does come from where the baby moves around and like touching over and over at this point ...add the added weight from pregnancy and just general...

I think your fine....if not give your doc a call again or even the nurse for reassuance

I think it is normal for you to feel anxious but I think it is completely normal for you not to be feeling anything right now. I felt movement off and on around that time and it all depends on the placenta and if your LO is facing a different direction. They may be wriggling like crazy but we towards your back and you wouldn't feel anything. Drink some orange juice or eat a meal and see if you start to feel something about 20-30 minutes after that. Hope you feel less stressed after you feel LO again.

Thanks. I have been having juice and eating and still nothing But what you say makes sense...I think it's more likely that the baby has moved to another place than I had a miscarriage out of nowhere at 19 weeks.
