I used saline nasal flushes - warm water ones with a neti pot and also cold saline spray ones and they completely relived the pain. I was using them four times a day and cold cleared up in 2 days and my allergies improved!

My doctor told me regular claritin is fine to take when you're pregnant. I have horrendous allergies so I was so glad when they told me I could actually take something. But double check with your dr
Good luck
