I am sure it has been asked, but what can I take for my sinuses/allergies??

My throat is raw from drainage. My breath is awful and now I have a headache. What can I take?? Thanks!!!

Use saline for your nose and buy a cool mist humidifier. I've had killer sinuses in this pregnancy, even got an infection, and that's what the doc told me. Call the doc and see what meds they approve (every doc is different). You can use a warm compress to put over your forehead and eyes, maybe even alternate it with cold if you want (I've seen suggestions both ways). And Halls fruit breezers for the throat are nice. Hope you feel better! I totally feel your pain!

I take Pollenna by Nelsons for my hayfever, it's really worked a treat.

I asked my doc about this last week, actually. She said, benadryl, claritin, zyrtec and chlortimeton (sp?) are all safe for use in pregnancy. I would be MISERABLE without my Zyrtec.
