Body gets extremely tired same time everyday

I'm the type of person that never had a set bedtime and I could stay up all night. I'm in my 23rd week now and I've noticed in the last couple weeks my body just almost shuts down at 10pm every single night and I get extremely exhausted. It's weird because I'll be up and wide awake then all of a sudden I'm so exhausted I can't even get up to brush my teeth before bed, it's that bad. It doesn't even matter what time I wake up, it just seems like 10pm is the limit for me. I've also noticed that I feel baby move most around 10pm (I have an anterior placenta so I still don't feel much). Anyone else experiencing this same kind of thing?

Me me me!!
This started almost immediately after becoming pregnant. Like you I have a terrible sleeping pattern and can stay up all night etc, but now it's like I'm WIDE awake... then within seconds I can not keep my eyes open and can barely drag myself up the stairs (often I just fall straight to sleep on the sofa lol). I don't feel baby move yet so I can't comment on that bit, but the tiredness for sure sounds just like me. & it really doesn't matter what time I get up, or if I nap at 6pm and wake up at 8pm, it's still around that time (about 10pm for me too)
I find if I FORCE myself to stay awake, it passes after an hour or so, but I can never really do that anymore I just give in and sleep.
I'm 17+4 by the way x

Ohhhh, do I know how you feel! I used to be able to stay up past 1am. Now, I fall right out around 11-12am. I used to stay up to watch The Golden Girls (yes, I watch that every day! lol) and to even keep my eyes open is a huge struggle. Last night, DD2 got so sick and crapped on herself She's 5 and of course potty-trained but she must've had a horrible stomach virus going on and she went on herself and DH stepped out to the candystore. When he came back I told him she went, he put her in the bath, not even 5 mins later I was knocked out lol. It was 11pm.

I think I may be anemic like I was in my other pregnancies but the doctors tell me no. I don't take my pre natals, maybe that's why I'm so tired? Throughout the day I get tired, usually around 2pm but I can't nap because of the kids. I think a big part of is that I get up at 7am to get my first to school, my 1 yr old wakes up and he doesn't like to go back to sleep right away anymore, then my 5 yr old is up for school in the afternoon, and then my 2 yr old is up for the whole day. There is just not enough hours in the day!

Me too!! Pre-pregnancy I would stay up til 1 - 2 in the morning and have a hard time dragging myself out of bed. For a couple of weeks now (I'll be 16wks tomorrow!!) I can't make it past 10 - 10:30, my eyes just shut and I wake up at 6:30 - 7 without an alarm. I used to have my alarm and my 3 phone alarms going off and would still sometimes sleep through them all! I also havn't been able to sleep in on the weekends, which I used to easily sleep in until 11am or later (no kids though).

My DH last night was trying so hard to get me to stay up later with him, as we used to always spend those couple hours together watching TV or playing games. He completely understands, just misses the extra time we are used to having.

I have this, its normal. Your body is doing so much work now so it needs the extra sleep. I try to go to sleep nice and early now, even if I'm not tired I make sure I'm lying in bed at a reasonable time.

OMG Do I feel you. I'm going to be 20 weeks on Tuesday and I can tell you it is COMPLETELY normal. I have a VERY active 3 yr old so I am up between 7-9 every morning. I remember when I was pregnant with her I could sleep all the time. I worked 7-3 and would pass out on my couch (couldn't even make it to my bed) Now obviously I can't nap like that anymore And when my husband gets home I try to go to sleep but my daughter still wants to play with me and not daddy...lol My time that I get exhausted is between 8-10
I miss those days that she would nap! I would give anything for her to nap again (If I let her nap she is up until 2am)
