Yup, I was trying to dig something out of the floor safe at work the other night (by myself) and I almost passed out.
Mentioned it to my boss (who has two children) and she just about slapped me for even trying! "What are you thinking! You're pregnant!" And I was just like "Yeah, but I haven't ever been before and didn't realise just bending over briefly would do that!"
You know if you hang upside down for a while, how all the blood rushes to your head? Well, now it seems if I even bend over for short spells, that happens!
I'm finding it a problem now I'm 27 weeks, coped til now kinda squatting and letting my bump go between my legs but Tbh it's getting harder and harder now! Have taken to asking everyone else inc my son to pick things up and pass them to me, so much easier! Xxxx
I was trying to explain that to my OH the other day. I can lift as much heavy things as I want, as long as I don't have to lean over to pick them up. I'm carrying super high, so even standing up straight feels like she's kicking my tonsils.
