Ways to announce your second pregnancy on FB

Would like to tell everyone now that we're 16 weeks as it's starting to get pretty obvious anyhow.

Has anyone got any ideas particularly for announcing a second pregnancy on FB?

That was just one idea as we haven't decided how yet.

Blessedbaby, can I ask why?

We just dont feel the need to and dont have the energy for comments or questions LOL maybe we will feel different when we find out the sex of the baby.

And also I somehow think its out of fear as last year we announced and not long after we had a miscarriage

No, I'm not keen on too many questions either but I'd rather announce myself than let others do so accidentally. I understand about the miscarriage though, that would put me off if that had happened to us.

I posted a picture of a double pram and told everyone that we'd be needing one early next year and we were very excited. With my first pregnancy, I waited until 21 weeks to announce and just did a low key "sitting in the cafe at xx maternity hospital, dreaming of meeting my baby and feeling very lucky."
I don't post scan pics or anything. I mean a lot of the people on fb are not close enough friends that I would show them a scan pic in person, so why do it via fb??

I get what you saying. Luckily I have been quiet on FB since we got married people will email me or call me or text me if they want to know how I am doing.

Will see how we feel in 2 weeks time
