Stomach ache pain low abdomen?

This started last night, I felt a stomach ache type feeling low in my abdomen and it got worse and grew upwards but still lower abdomen area. I took milk of magnesia and benadryl to sleep. Woke up and I felt a lot better, next night (tonight) I'm feeling the same way.

Not sure what is giving me this feeling should I go to the hospital or is this normal? It's starting to worry me

The stomach ache pain is like you ate too much sweets but its not my stomach. Right now it's worse on the left side

If it's on one side it might be round ligament pain. But I have to say it sounds a bit like constipation to me. Any stomach pains that I can't chalk up to rlp and that aren't definitely crampy uterus feelings (that could be stretching) is probably digestive. If you haven't been to the toilet then maybe try the milk of magnesia again and see how you go?

Could be just everything stretching or constipation. It can be hard to go sometimes. Try drinking plenty of water and a little walk to try get your system working. If you are still worried ask the midwife. If itbwas serious you would expect it to stay. But if in doubt ask :-) x
