I went and have a elective gender reveal ultrasound done at 15 weeks but she wasn't qualified to give me measurements or even tell me if that's how far along he looked I wish I knew how to post a picture on here and I would post it so you could see

Ok so you aren't 22 weeks, which is what I assumed as you are asking about a 22 week scan. You are nine months pregnant with a week or two out from giving birth ...?
The doctor will always go with your last bleed date. If there was any issues at the 22 week scan they would have told you at your 22 week scan. Sounds like your doctor who just saw you isn't concerned you are measuring too big, he is seeing you next week which is pretty standard when you are 38 weeks pregnant as you are essentially on baby watch.

I don't understand why you are asking about a 22W scan.

My understand is that OP is concerned that she may be 4-5 weeks further along than the doctors think due to the last bleed being very light, and the only scan she's had was at 22 weeks, and asking if it'd be possible that they wouldn't have noticed at that scan that she was 4-5 weeks further ahead.
I really don't think so hun. It sounds really strange that they never did an early scan for you though. All women need one to date the pregnancy. But I think that firstly, yes they'd have noticed at the 22 week scan, and secondly, you would have gone into labour by now. Or you'd be extremely uncomfortable indeed, or worse.

But my last normal bleeding was December 3rd and I had intercourse December 11-13th and I was wondering if maybe I got pregnant from sex then... BUT if I did then I would be 42-43 weeks pregnant right now and not 38 weeks

Going by your fundal height and the fact you've not gone into labour I'd say that the Dr's are right with the dates they gave you.

Second trimester ultrasounds are +/- about 2 weeks, and by the 3rd trimester they are +/- about 3 weeks, so you definitely cannot date by them.

I don't think it's possible for you to be 43 weeks pregnant. There are no doctors who would let you go more than 14 days max overdue without inducing labour. Sometimes you just have a weird period - it sounds like that's probably the case here.

Did you find out the gender at 15 weeks? If you did you might have been at least 14 weeks at that point for them to tell

She had a hard time trying to figure it out. She said she couldn't get him to cooperate and she originally said that he was a girl and then at the anatomy scan they said he was a boy and then I had another elective 3D/4D scan that I paid for out of "fun" at 29 weeks and she also said boy to and showed me the "turtle".
