Also lots and lots of ladies on here ask the same questions over and over again, because pregnancy is full of worries and uncertainty, but here on b&b I've never seen anyone get exasperated and only seen patience shown towards people who are still worried despite being told everything's ok.
I just wanted to be for certain. My doctors weren't giving me any feedback on my questions they basically just pushed passed them and when I asked on BabyCenter everybody literally called me "mental" and said I needed "therapy" and pretty much bashed me for asking the question. I'm not very knowledgeable on the whole conception process.. I've tried looking on the internet but everything I read just worries me or freaks me out even more. I wasn't trying to start drama here or make anyone mad I just wanted a little more info. That's all. And since it's all out in the open now. Yes I did sleep with someone between December 11th-13th and we broke up and I got with my recent boyfriend later on that month and I just wanted to be sure that the intercourse from December 11-13 couldn't of been when I conceived. I just wanted reassurance.

If it was IUGR or similar you would not have been progressing as you have. Stick with the dates they gave you, it's virtually impossible to be a month off with no one noticing and there is almost no way you could have got this far with no one picking it up. For every measurement and scan to be wrong is next to impossible. Why are you so reluctant to accept the dates you have been given??
I didn't know if the lady that done my elective scan at 15 weeks could just look and tell if he was that far along or older without doing the measurements.. she wasn't an ultrasound tech or anything like that she just done it for "fun".. they measured my fundal today and I was measuring 37cm at 38+3 weeks. So I'm guessing everything is accurate?

Don't worry, I completely understand. You won't get bashed on here. You won't have conceived on the earlier one, there are just so many factors. Even on a "just for fun" scan they still do a basic check of the baby's wellbeing and they would've noticed if baby was that big, and at your anatomy scan at 22 weeks they would've for sure 100% noticed such a big discrepancy.

BabyCentre sounds charming, not! I really hope you can relax a bit and try to enjoy this last bit of your pregnancy. I bet your baby will come out looking just like his dad, haha.

I've been treated that way too - you're not alone. Everyone's been kind on here.

Babycenter is just the worst to be honest.

As the other ladies have said, I think all is good with baby and you arnt more pregnant than you think you are. Sounds like that's a good thing for your circumstances so I hope that everyone has been able to put your mind at ease a bit x

Yes definitely. I didn't know if him actually being farther along then the ultrasound measured could be possible or him being behind in growth. There's so much stuff and on the web and everything says something totally different and I just got so lost, confused, and stressed to the max.. it has literally ruint my entire pregnancy 😕 By the ultrasound and fundal height I'm due next Saturday. But it's felt like it's dragged on😔 My anxiety has been thru the roof and I haven't been able to relax cause I've been so worried. And then I had ppl telling me you could go to 44 weeks and so on and still not go into labor so I was confused on that. Ughhhhhh so much stress 😣 Sorry for going on and on.. I literally need to chill out.

I apologize if my post came across as rude or inconsiderate, that was not my intention.

It's just become concerning that OP has not only asked the same question multiple times, but across multiple accounts despite being told the same answer each time from multiple people. I understand that pregnancy comes with lots of questions and concerns, but continuing to ask the same question in hopes that someone will tell you that yes you can be over 42+ weeks or that your baby has IUGR, instead of believing what you've been told numerous times by not only others but also by your doctor, is a bit concerning is it not?

But to OP, I apologize if I made you feel uncomfortable or attacked in any way, that was not my agenda. I will step away. Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy

I don't care if the member has asked the question elsewhere, many people do but she has asked here and that is not how we treat our members... for future reference.

Iíd never want my baby to have IUGR or even be at risk for it. I was just concerned because when I ask my doctors about it and ask to be explained to they just brush it off and tell me when my next visit is. I have Medicaid so idk if that has anything to do with them rushing me off or not, but I wasnít getting any answers there with them. They didnít even explain the anatomy scan to me or give me percentiles or anything. So yes I was lost, confused and uneducated on this topic. And Ive read the risk of complications can arise after 42 weeks and thatís mainly when I got frantic trying to make sure I couldnít be farther along and of conceived in December. I wouldnít want anything negative to happen to my baby. Itís hard to find up to date information on the internet on this topic. You read one thing and the next thing you click on says something else.
