Could be the start of spd? That's how mine started at 20 weeks. If it is get to your doctor asap and have as much physio and osteopath as you can, it kept me off crutches for the most part!

Yes probably best to. You will know if it's SPD in the next few weeks, mine came on quite quickly and was agony before long! There's no mistaking the pain. But could just be your ligaments stretching, hopefully x

This is EXACTLY what I have, down to a T!! If I've been sitting or lying down for ages, then when I get up I get a bruised feeling like I've been kicked in the vag. By a horse. It never lasts too long luckily, the worst time I had it it was really bad all day and that was because I'd done a TON of walking the day before. I've had it for a couple of months now and thank God it never got worse, so hopefully yours won't either. I've chalked it up to mild SPD as my sister had SPD and says it started similarly.

This is how my spd started last time at 16 weeks and this time at 30. Best way for me to describe is that someone has just taken their best shot whilst wearing a steel toe cap boot. Very tender and bruised feeling there. It did progress and get much worse with my first pregnancy but I've been very lucky in that it hasn't actually gotten any worse with this one.

I'm not sure where you are, I'm UK and I was able to self refer to physio, it may be worth getting that in early as they can help with gentle exercises, coping strategies and support belts to stop it getting worse. It was about a month waiting list in my area so if you get on it quickly now, you could get in there and get help before it gets any worse if it's going to.
