At what point does the baby start moving into the head down position?
I've been having sharp pains in my lower belly this evening. First I could feel the baby hitting my bladder giving me the urge to pee, but then I had a different constant sharp pain that was definately not the bladder. I'm finding it hard to move about and the lower belly feels quite hard. SIL says that baby may be changing positions into the head down position but I think it's still too early for that (24 weeks).
What could be the reason I am feeling so hard and feeling this sharp pain?
Sounds quite likely Though at 24 weeks there's still plenty of room for your LO to go wherever he pleases pretty much My little guy was head down at my 27 week mw appointment, and as far as I can tell is still head down, with his back on my left side x
if they are in head down position now they still have a big chance of moving. As RWhite said they can move where ever they please. My LO is head down with feet under my ribs I think it is more painful than the kicks to the bladder lol
I have that KK sometimes, my lower belly is really heavy and she's sitting on my bladder and then i'll get this shudder as she moves around, generally though I think she is head down as I can feel soemthing hard bottom right of the bump.
Not had kicks in the rbs yet though!
