Things I can't do any more...just realizing this

Today I learned that I can no longer bend over and tie my own shoes. Guess it will be flip-flops and slip-ons from here on out. Anyone else finding things that they cannot do anymore?

I can still tie my own shoes thankfully :P but it's getting hard to paint my toe nails, instead of bending forward, I have to put my leg to the side and paint in a weird angle! If that makes sense.. I'm also finding it difficult to cross my arms and legs, (legs especially) which I shouldn't be doing anyways but my legs are getting swollen and it sucks

I can't see what colour knickers I have on by looking straight down anymore, I have to look at the side or in the mirror!

I also have to either stand like a giraffe or bend at the knees to pick something up off the floor!

(amygwen, you have the same due date as me! 3rd of June!)

Totally agree! And I don't really fancy going in blind with a razor down there!
I can't open our kitchen windows anymore, i'm only 5ft 1 so my bump is just level with the worktop and I can't reach!

Last time I sat on the edge of the bathtub (probably not the best idea in itself) and used a mirror. Even then, by 40 weeks it was definitely awkward.

I can't lie on my tummy anymore. It's okay since I'm a side sleeper anyway, but sometimes I just want to roll onto my tummy to stretch and I can't!

I can still tie my shoes... by sitting on the edge of the couch and hanging my belly over and grunting a lot. I can actually put my feet on the opposite knee so I may start doing that.
I discovered the other day that I can no longer get my legs up quite right to sit in the middle of a picnic bench. I still reach for things that are on the back of a countertop and bump into my bump, so I need to get used to turning to the side as well. *sigh*
