Belly Button Piercing

Just a quick thought, i have my belly button pierced and have bought a "maternity bar" will this still be ok if i get an outtie belly button?

i didnt really want to take it out for my pregnancy but it is getting a little bit tight so as i said i bought the bigger one but am wondering what other people have done later in pregnancy.......

I haven't had to change mine yet, but I plan on getting a longer plastic bar and when my belly button pops hopefully it can sit to the side of it lol.

I dont have mine peirced but my friend did and her belly button popped out while she was pregnant and she just used a maternity bar, dont know if thats any help xx

thats wonderful news although my wonderful mum has just informed that belly button piercing is "tacky" after you become a mum - bless her she says all of the right things!!!!

I think it is okay to use if you get a outtie.
I have mine pierced but have taken it out and put it through once a week, as some people who have kept it in have ended up with massive holes :/

The only piercings I've taken out since I got pregnant are my nipples at 13 weeks. I'm more concerned about the tattoo I have that goes around my belly button than the piercing lol...not sure what it'll look like when this is all done hehehe.

I ended up taking mine out completely a couple of weeks ago because i kept knocking it on things and was scared of banging it so hard i would rip it out. It is so much more comfortable without it.

i always end up taking it out too it rubs on your clothes even the preggie bars ive just taken mine out as it was getting sore xx

Must admit i've taken mine out too. It was feeling very tight and uncomfortable after a while!

I'm more concerned about the tattoo I have that goes around my belly button than the piercing lol...not sure what it'll look like when this is all done hehehe.
