ive been drinking quite a lot of coke because everyone ive known who has been pregnant has and there was never an issue. i just havent wanted to drink anything else. i think they say something like 6 cans a day is the limit.
youre title made me think of being at the pub in the garden in summer

I switched to caffeine free coca-cola, because in my opinion it tastes almost exactly the same. I still only drink one occasionally though. My MW told me that one can of soda or one cup of coffee per day is the limit. I know what you mean though, soda is so hard to give up! I used to drink soda way too much. I just like to spoil myself when I go out to eat now, and get a large glass of coca-cola!

I saw caffeine free 'fat' coke in Portugal, but have never seen it in the the UK. I generally choose 'diet' anyway... CFDC goes on our shopping list every week!

When I was pregnant with my first son, I didn't switch to caffeine free right away and my son would get very hyper during the night. He'd keep me up all night due to the caffeine. I switched to caffeine free because I was told that was probably why he was so fidgity. Sure enough, he calmed down. I don't want my children born going through caffeine withdrawal. This is very typical in a child whose mother drank a lot of caffeine while pregnant. I can't imagine drinking more than 1-2 glasses/cans a day anyway.

"Available in the following locations: Belgium, Canada, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Mariana Islands, Portugal, Spain and United States."

how bizarre, it's not available anywhere in the UK!
