Thank you I hope so!

Oh does anyone know, are you allowed to use an exercise bike during pregnancy? I know they say you can swim and go for walks but not sure about exercise bikes?

If you was doing it regularly before pregnancy then itsd fine but wouldnt recommend to start and new exercise. It the same with any other exercise, as long as you were doing it before then you know ur body can cope with it! I still go running but might stop soon as cant do as much now already!

Not sure about exercise bikes but would agree that if u used them before pregnancy that you're good to go! I have been a keen swimmer before and during pregnancy so maybe that's helped bump size. Feel huge though!

Aww poppet glad the sickness has past. I didnt get it to that stage, though I did nearly have a couple of interesting incidents at the pool

I started off at 9 stone 9 and am now 10 stone so have put on 5 pounds. Before I got pregnant I used to do tons of exercise, played football at least 3 times a week for the last 19 years and now really struggling for energy and motivation to get to the gym - it just isn't the same as team contact sports! but when i have managed to drag myself down there, i've done some jogging/walking on the treadmill/treadclimber and some exercie bike and some cross trainer. Midwife said that's all fine as long as you were reasonably fit before, and avoid contact sports and stuff where you could fall, go for it. I just need to get into a routine now otherwise i just know i'll do nothing for the next 5 months!
