i asked my mum because she breast fed me and my 2 siblings she said if you wear a good supportive bra and wear a bra at nite aswell then it prevents them from sagging. though i dont know personally.

Ladies, I asked this question before as I was the same, saggy boobs were putting me off.
However, I now cannot wait to breastfeed!!
Apparently its the pregnancy that can ruin your boobs, not the breast feeding afterwards. If you care for your boobs in pregnancy (good bra and stretch mark cream if needed) then breastfeeding shouldnt make any difference.
Even if you choose not to breast feed its good for baby to do it for 2 weeks, just so they get antibodies that they need. It also shrinks your uterus quicker!!
I was really anti breastfeeding then read up on it and now really want to! x

Mine didnt sag after, i breastfed for 4 months and was the best thing i did! As long as you get measured properly and where good fitting bras you will be fine and as suggested before where a support bra at night, since having ds my boobs rae still pert and actually 2 sizes bigger! Always a good thing!

I got all my bras from mothercare as i worked there at the time so was lucky enough yo get a discount! Have you joined their baby club thing, i did the other week and got given a load of vouchers with some money off underwear ones!

I was gutted when i had to stop (my milk just dried up) but realised i done better then i thought i would have and my baby had the best start he coould of even in just the first few weeks anyway!
