heavy feeling lower abdomen

hi all,

think i might just be paranoid because i have 20 week scan tomorrow but for the past 2 days i have had a VERY heavy feeling just above my pubic hair line, it feels like im carry a melon there and its really hard. when im lying still on my side its ok but moving from sitting to walking - or walking it feels particularly heavy.

I have been to the loo a lot today so i hope its just down to a growing baby pressing down on my bladder.

Im worried because the evil Google came up with "incompetent Cervix" the primary reason for late miscarriages.

Or could it be a UTI?

Anyone else having the same thing?

I feel the same since last Thursday and have scan tomorrow - I think its normal from what I've read especially if its alleviated by lying down. As long as there isn't any additional vaginal discharge or you're not in severe pain. Mine's also accompanied by back ache - not enjoying it at all.
