Headaches!

I know some headaches are normal in pregnancy but every afternoon for the last fortnight I have got one and they don't go away until I fall asleep!
It's horrible and nothing I do is getting rid of them.

I didn't have this in my other pregnancies so I don't know if this is normal or not?

Me too, although mine go on through the night. I have been taking one paracetomol per day but don't know what else to do. It has gone today so going to see how I get on but if it comes back I will have to go down to the doctors.
Let me know if you find out anymore
Good luck and hope it goes!

Yep me too!!
Been getting me down a bit as they're soooo constant and severe and have had it now for a week, the only relief i get is when i climb into bed at the end of the day turn the light off and shut my eyes, I have just got back from the doctors for the 2nd time about this and have also spoke to the mw and all three said that it's just one of those things that accompany's pregancy and it's nothing to worry about, i stressed that i was concerned by the amount of paracetamol i've been taking and they very reassuringly told me that it's 100% safe and will in now way harm the baby and just i can safely take up to 8 in 24 hours.

Hoping it's just a phase that'll pass.........how far gone are you girls? xx

I had them at around 16 weeks too, I never get headaches so it used to drive me nuts!

I found that drinking lots of water helped and staying away from the computer helped as well

Have you been drinking enough water hun? Being dehydrated can give you a headache. Especially if you've been having them at the same time, maybe it could be to do with your drinking habits?

Since about 6 week preg i've needed a nap thu the day and i've noticed if i dont have that nap i get a headache around tea time which doesn't seem to go away until the next morning, i think i've had 3 diff days where i haven't been able to nap and the headaches started, today being 1 of them
