I get wind so bad sometimes that I think something serious is wrong!
My midwife said its alot to do with the food im eating tomatoes and grapes etc can make you feel so windy and full of water, I tend to read up what im eating now because I worry when I get this bloat! x
i get this at the end of the day a lot, it is so uncomfortable!! it feels like your tummy is just going to explode and the only comfortable position for it to be in is to stand up because then its not all smashed but then your feet, legs, and back hurt and it just plain sucks!! hehe good luck to all
I get this often and particularly towards the end of the day. A trick I learnt is to kneel on the bed/sofa, wherever is safe and you have room. Lean down so your arms and shoulders and head are on the surface, use a pillow if necessary so your back is arched upwards and your butt is in the air. This helps straighten everything out and helps your bowels move the gas in the direction it should be going. Be ready for much farting though you'll feel better for it!
