i wanted to start doing this aswell i asked and most peoples views were not to do it xx

It is like any form of exercise if oyu were doiung it pre-pregnancy its fine if oyu do low impact but oyu should not start it while pregnant

If you havent been doing it already then I wouldnt start now. I do it but I started before I got pregnant..now that Im getting bigger its getting a bit more difficult.

i used to do body attack before preg, so would this count as the same type of excercise before falling preg?
