yeah i'm getting it. mainly my right hip. it keeps going on and off so i'm thinking it might be the way my LO is laying. also ur hips expand while ur pregnant so could also be that, the ligaments loosen up. x

my pelvis has been agony. It hurts in the morning when I wake up from sleeping on my side and during the day it hurts if I am on my feet for too long. At times I can barely walk from the pain and stiffness.

I've been getting pelvic pain for around 10 weeks now and eventually went to physio a couple of weeks ago. She's given me exercises to do to improve the stomach muscles that support the baby.

She also says that if I feel myself getting bigger and heavier then she can give me a support belt to help.

The best advice she gave me was to invest in one of those exercise/birthing balls to sit on and it is the comfiest thing ever!! It takes the pressure off my pelvis and back and helps with my posture.
