I had one at 5 weeks that was picked up on an early scan. At first it got bigger because I wasnt resting enough. Eventually the bleeding stopped at around 8/9 weeks and by the time I had my 12 week scan it had reabsorbed.

When I researched it I realised it was actually very common.

Hi, Im in 3rd tri now (32 weeks!), but when I was 10 wks and 11 wks along I had two large bleeds. After the second bleed was diagnosed with an SCH, and put on bed rest for one week, and was seeign my MW, every two weeks. At my 20 wk scan the SCH was gone. As of now, LO is doing great, he's an active little monkey, and I cant wait to meet him at the end of November.

So last night I noticed some bleeding after I had gone to the bathroom.. It was a rusty red brown color (sorry tmi) would this be due to the SCH clearing itself? It didn't soak a pad and now today its just brown when I wipe. I called the doctor and she said the same thing that the SCH could be leaving. I am 14 weeks though so any bleeding scares me.. Is this normal?
