Stem cells in Breastmilk - Potential umbilical cord blood replacement?????

Just thought this was really interesting... I saw awhile back that they found stem cells in breastmilk but now they've actually been able to harvest them and differentiate them into different kinds of cells It'll be lovely if they'll be able to use this to help cure things like diabetes, parkinson's and multiple sclerosis! Plus it has the bonus of being so readily available.

I wonder if maybe once they research this further people will be banking their breastmilk instead of the cord blood
