Could I have felt baby move?

Im only 14w4d with my first baby but I really think I have felt the baby move/kick.

Around 12 weeks I felt bubbles/flutters, and a couple times since then (not often AT ALL).
Now the past few days I think I have been feeling baby again but it felt different than the bubbles.
A few days ago I sat down and felt a little thump on the middle/ right side of my lower belly, very similar to a muscle twitch, although I've never had a muscle twitch in my lower belly before.
Now yesterday I was sitting down and there were people around me so I couldnt really concentrate but felt something in my lower tummy.
Then yesterday night my husband came home and brought me some candy so I was eating it and then I felt 2 little thumps on the middle/left side of my lower tummy..
Around where I find the baby on the doppler (she/he moves all the time and is a hyper baby).
Then this morning I sneezed and felt a few little thumps up a little higher, i think a little below or around my belly button.

Could this possibly be my baby this early??
I know baby is very hyper, cause at the last scan he/she wouldnt lay still and whenever I use my doppler it won't lay still either.. not for more than 5 seconds

I wonder...

Thanks.
Felt a little thump again on the left side of the middle of my tummy.. right around where baby is ......heard hb with doppler....

And I didnt fart so I dont think it was gas, felt different than gas, more to the skin and stronger.

Im kinda getting excited..but also think isn't this way too early to feel little thumps already?

Just felt it again but slightly to the right!
Im bored tonight, maybe that's why I'm feeling it more, plus I'm aware of it now too.

I'm just stalking but it sounds like that is totally your baby. This is my fourth and I am feeling it and it sounds just like what your explaining. Baby moves after I sneeze, pee and eat treats. ENJOY...it's a lovely feeling.

I'm feeling it too and I'm not as far along as you... Been feeling flutters the last three or four days now. Every now and then I feel a little more of a kick type feeling, so I know what you mean. This is my first too, so I was hesitant at first to think that's what it was, but now I'm pretty sure!!

I was feeling things from around 14 weeks and had it confirmed by the midwife that was actually what i was feeling. I said i felt movement while she was listening on the doppler and she said yes that was it. Been getting stronger ever since. I can now feel proper kicks every so often

that sounds totally the same as my movement- its like a thump/twitch so i would say yes sounds like baby. before that it was more of a lighter squirmy feeling.
mine have felt like this strongly for about a week now but everyone is different
