I fainted today :(

I took my class for their swimming lesson today, as I do every Monday. Usually there are plastic shoe covers available but today they had none left so my TA and I had to remove our shoes before we could go pool side with the children. I was wearing my Uggs over skinny jeans. Took my boots off but then I couldn't get my socks off, I was bending down trying to pull my socks off when the next thing I knew I was lying on the floor with life guards over me asking if I was ok.
The children were enjoying their swimming lesson so much they didn't even notice anything had happened to me!
I felt fine afterwards but it still scared me a bit!
Next week I'll be wearing pumps so I don't have the same issues!

Oh gosh you poor thing hope your ok, it must have been the blood flow to your brain when you crouched down or something. Just keep extra hydrated and keep your blood sugar up.

I spent the rest of the afternoon teaching sitting down, really unlike me!

Aww hon! I hope your feeling better! I have learned to not a take a hot shower... only lukewarm or I faint.. Scared the hell out of my husband to find me in the tub...
