Didn't want to read & run, but I'm sure in a few weeks time you'll be cursing that wish LOL when he's digging you in the ribs especially!

sorry to put a dampener on things but jus wanted to point out that u shoudnt automatically assume bubs is fine jus cuz u hear the heartbeat. Doesn't apply now but after 28 weeks u should feel movement every day...women have been caught out in the past - using a doppler and findin bubs' heartbeat nd then assumin everythings fine wen it mite not be..js wanted to note that...sorry :/ !!!

i personally think its good for you to post this. although not very happy and non of us want to hear it... but it is very important to just kinda keep in the back of your head... way back... back back of your head. i get worried if i dont feel my lo move, so i tend to drink something really cold or a cola.

I dont feel my LO a lot of the time. i get a week of non stop then a few days of nothing/very little. And i find every time i speak to anyone about it he moves. But still get checked out if youre worried, better to be on the safe side. And just to add, he kicked my laptop as i typed this after being quiet all day! He must know!

I think in the early days its ok not to feel baby everyday - I would still be cautious saying that, but both my last pregnancy and this one there have been times when I haven't felt baby for a good few days (always between about 17 and 24 weeks) - maybe the babies just have more room to move and are not up against the sides of our utreus' so much . Certainly from later on you need to feel them everyday.

Tink23 well done for posting this :-) I was just about to post the same thing. It is very difficult giving the truth like that when all we want to do is help and encourage, but we are better help being honest.

Cabbagebaby, I am sure your baby is fine, it is still early to be feeling much but if you are really worried get yourself checked out better to be safe and all that xx

i jus hate the thought of any1 findin out somethin had happend to their bubs after assurin thmselves all was well cuz they had a doppler. I think I might've made this mistake if it hadn't been pointed out to me.
Bur, like I said u don't need to start officially countin movements til after 28 weeks I believe..? Jus thoufht it'd be best to mention...scares me a little when i see ladies postin on here saying "I know he/she is ok, cuz I heard the heartbeat..." thanks ladies for understandin I'm not tryna be negative, jus point our somethin important.

Take a cold soda pop can and roll it around on your belly, it works so good, my little belly bean goes crazy
