Today was my 24 week check up. & She told me to watch my weight. & I haven't really been concerned about it. Now I feel depressed and moody. I Feel fat and I don't like it. I feel so horrible I Just don't know what to do. I don't want to feel like this
My doctor only wants me to gain 15 lbs and reminds me of it everytime I go in, even though I have only gained 5 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weights. Doctors don't understand how sensitive some people are to weight criticism... I've been where you're at As long as you are trying to eat healthy and exercise I wouldn't be getting on the scale every day to check.
I started walking my dog every day for 1 mile and it's kept my weight down!
I have a feeling i will be told this at my appointment next week, You look far from fat in your pic hunny! Try not to get too down about it, your pregnant you have all the time in the world to shift the extra pounds when baby is here
Thanks Ladies. I Don't exercise as much as I like too...it's hard when you live where I do. I can't go walking out alone or anything...Hopefully I'll get a treadmill or something. Cuz walking always makes me feel better.
you poor thing, I get told to watch my weight every time i go in as well lol, I just laugh it off, because I know I'm not that big, it is ridiculous what weight is considered "normal" in todays society, can't we enjoy being pregnant!!! Seriously?!
