Today was my 24 week check up. & She told me to watch my weight. & I haven't really been concerned about it. Now I feel depressed and moody. I Feel fat and I don't like it. I feel so horrible I Just don't know what to do. I don't want to feel like this

Hey,

My doctor only wants me to gain 15 lbs and reminds me of it everytime I go in, even though I have only gained 5 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weights. Doctors don't understand how sensitive some people are to weight criticism... I've been where you're at As long as you are trying to eat healthy and exercise I wouldn't be getting on the scale every day to check.

I started walking my dog every day for 1 mile and it's kept my weight down!

If I had a gorgeous young face like yours I wouldn't worry too much..... you can lose the weight later on.

I'm porky too but I can't get rid of my wrinkles after other than with expensive surgery and I can't even have botox as I will be BF!

xxxx

Thanks Ladies. I Don't exercise as much as I like too...it's hard when you live where I do. I can't go walking out alone or anything...Hopefully I'll get a treadmill or something. Cuz walking always makes me feel better.

Ugh, I was just told to go on a no carb diet and excersize too. BUT my doc is the sweetest honey on Earth! So I don't mind. At least she said it nicely. Hehe, me and my little one are porkers

I know how you feel! My dr. Made me sign a paper that I was overweight and because of this my baby is at risk for and lists all these things. It made feel crappy.
