when do these emotions stop?!

I received a letter from Sure Start ( not sure what it is really but they work with children and families etc) i panicked i thought Sure Start only helped parents that arent very good so i thought someone doesnt think im a good mum to my son and probably wont be a good mum to this baby. I texted my friends asking if they had a letter like this none of them got back to me so i decided to pluck the courage up and ring....
I feel silly now as all it is is to let me know what is going on at the centres as i took my son to a group there so he could play with other kids. And they have things on for pregnant women as well.
I could of cried while i was on the phone and could cry now thinking about it..
Why are my emotions more sensitive in this pregnancy?!? lol crazy just thought i'd tell you coz all friends and family will think im stupid

Aww honey! I used to work in a Child Protection Unit and we took a lot of the families there for classes and I thought the same until I had to accompany a few of our younger girls and was surprised at the group dynamics. Sure Start are a fab group with some really helpful, interesting and supportive classes and groups for everyone! Def have a look into anything that may be interesting. They don't have them in all areas hence not everyone getting letters/pamphlets etc although thy are an expanding enterpise!
