18weeks anterior placenta - no movement

I'm almost 18 weeks and I have an anterior placenta.
I didn't even feel the baby once and I'm getting worried that it's not alive or something. My next appmnt is in 2 weeks. Every one of my preggo friends feel theirs

Anyone else has this too?

I have anterior placenta and didn't feel my LO until 19 weeks..nothing before that!!

It can take up to 22-24 weeks to feel them move, especially with the placenta located in the front!.

good luck on your upcoming scan!

I am 18 weeks 5 today. I still have no movement, and my placenta is not anterior. Saw midwife as i was worried same as you, and heard a nice clear 150bpm heartbeat! Its in there, and moving, i just can't feel it yet. MW says should happen in next 4 weeks, and 18 weeks is still early to feel anything.

xxx

Im 23 weeks, and only feel the tiniest movements, we had to have 4 20 week scans as he stayed in the same position [on belly, hands on head lol]. Apparently hes just a chilled baby, no matter how much wobbling I do he doesnt respond. So Im sure everythings fine xxx

That's weird. Most of my pregnant friend feel it since 15. I guess we're unlucky
