waking up in the middle of night at the same time

I keep waking up between 3.55am and 4.15am and then can't get back to sleep for atleast 40 minutes. Could this be baby related? At first I thought it may be a neighbour going to work and being noisy but it's been happening for 2 weeks with no days off!

I wake up at about 3:40 then 3:55 and then 4:20 and I always wake up in the morning at 8:40. It's very odd.

It's weird because there's a thread like this already - and most people do wake up about 4am.

The same thing has been happening to me. I have been waking up around 3.30am every morning for the last 4 weeks. It takes me at least an hour to get back to sleep. I feel so awake that I have even contemplated doing the ironing, lol.

Yes, me! I wake up at about 4 and then can't get back to sleep for at least an hour, sometimes more. I am usually just getting off to sleep properly again when it's time to get up...

Something that makes it hard to get back to sleep for me is that I have had a really stuffy nose for the last couple of months, and often wake up with my nose very blocked- partly I think because of the discomfort with this I toss and turn for ages. My obstetrician gave me a nasal spray which is safe to use in pregnancy last week and since I have been using it I have been sleeping better.

Yep, I wake up in the middle of the night too although mine varies. Sometimes I will only wake up twice and other times I will wake up 4/5 times. Think it's my bodies way of saying "Got to make sure your ready" haha
