pins and needles in hip

As the title says, I've been having pins n needles in my left hip at night (sometimes in day but very rarely - always at night though) for the last week or two, it's bothersome enought to stop me sleeping and when I rock more towards lying on my back it eases but I know it's not advised to sleep on your back so other than wedge myself somehow with pillows I don't know what to do or if it's something I should be concerned about? Any input or if anyone else is experiencing this I would love to know, thanks

No probs hun, i had it from time to time pre pregnancy, but when i got to about 15ish weeks it was horrible, i was in tears a few times due to the burning pins & needles sensations. My gp said he couldnt give a definite diagnosis without doing MRIs etc but he was certain it was that xx
