So I might be on the 2nd trimester a little early but decided to go ahead and make the move and maybe have a little more experience.
I got an ultrasound yesterday and the baby's heartbeat was 178, the nurse said it was good and that everything looked good but everyone at work says it's a girl cause of the heart beat, but I have thought it would be a boy the whole time not sure why but just a hunch. So I made it a mission to search online and see what others said and I all the places I've been to says it's an old wise tale?!!?!
What do you think?
Has it been true for you or has it been completley off?
What was your baby's heartbeat before you found out the sex?
I really would love it to be a girl and wouldn't mind it one bit and wouldn't mind it one bit if it were a boy just had a feeling but now I'm starting to question that feeling.
At 16 weeks Stephen's hb was 164bpm and everyone was like oh it's a girl then! But I was adamant he was a boy and he was! This baby had 175bpm at 12 weeks and I thought it was a girl but now leaning more towards boy!
The midwife said when we had our 16 week check up with Stephen it was all an old wives tale
