25 weeks along.....

And I'm still really nervous of buying my nursery

When did you all buy yours? I haven't purchased a thing yet.

I suppose I am so scared in case anything happens.

Anyone else in the same boat or are you all super duper organised?

xxx

I haven't bought anything yet either, i am going to wait until i am further along before i do because it will break up the last few weeks of pregnancy, which just dragged like heck in my last pregnancy.

I will however decorate ready before i get too big.

I can't wait, we are having a little girl, so are doing Hello Kitty theme, which will grow with Charlotte.

I haven't bought anything for my nursery yet. I have my crib and bedding on my list for next month, this month is simply just a pack n play and bouncer. In an attempt to split up the cost over time we are only buying a few things a month. I am hoping to have my nursery done by the end of May so a long time from now I suppose

We've pretty much got everything and I started painting today. I'm getting tired & achey easily so didn't want to leave it much longer.

We've got most stuff paid for. Cot is here. Nursery furniture coming in 4 weeks (It was a good deal so we went for it!) Most other stuff will arrive from JL mid-April when I'm 32 weeks. As they recommended.

It's up to you. I've been trying to spread the cost out and buying when things were on offer!

xXx

I bought it all and had it set up by 24 weeks. I'm entering the third trimester soon and can already feel the tiredness creeping back up so I wanted to have it done while I still have the energy!

I have most stuff now! started buying things around 16 weeks when they were on offer. I like to be fully prepared by 30 weeks just incase bubs decides to make early appearance and wouldn't have to stress about getting everything bought. Means I can just relax once everything is ready and enjoy time with my son before baby arrives. I did worry about buying things incase anything was to go wrong but there is a very small chance at this stage and even god forbid it did I think id be that upset anyway that having bought things for bub wouldnt upset me anymore than I already would be.

Hi I was like you, had my baby shower at 27 weeks and went shopping at 28 weeks which I am glad I did as I am now on bedrest as I had a major leak at 28 weeks and now only have less the 30% aminotic fluid lo has had steroids to strengthen his lungs last weekend and this thurs the hospital will make a decision when he will be delivered as according to my last scan on mon my fluid has not replenished like they thought it would, to top it all I was diagnosed with gd at 28 weeks...

Anyway enough of my woes I am glad that i eventually managed to sort out buying all my baby stuff and last week the car seat as looks like we will need then all sooner rather than later xx
