"full" feeling in lower abdomen

Hello ladies! It's a little early for me to be posting here at just over 13 weeks, but I've got a question. It may sound silly since I've been pregnant before, but I can't remember!

Anyway, for the last few days I've woken up to a full feeling in my lower abdomen. I woke up on my back and thought, I have to pee! But when I came back to bed, it was still firm and heavy. It feels exactly like a full bladder, without the need to urinate.

Surely this isn't my uterus already?! I honestly don't recall this happening so soon with my first pregnancy. And it feels a little higher up than it should be at this point.

Anyone experience something similar so soon?

This is my first baby and I started getting that a few days ago - I'll get up to pee at 2am and go back to bed but there is still a hard little lumpy bump down low and it just feels full.

I'm guessing it's normal?

That's awesome! I wish somebody else would pipe in on this thread and say they were feeling that at 13 weeks too. . .

I remember feeling a "full" feeling, but not sure when it started. I just remember bending over to get something off the floor and thinking "hmmm, there is something there" down around lower abdomen. I never "felt" anything there before and had no problem bending so I just assumed it was my uterus! This was early on, at least before 16 weeks.

It has gotten "fuller", hahaha, now and I have to bend over weird to pick something up and shaving my legs is nearly impossible because I feel like I have a full, heavy balloon inside my abdomen.

Your uterus pops up just above your pelvic bone at about 12 weeks. I can feel mine all the way in the middle my pelvic bone & belly button already. Sounds like you have got the starts of a bump!

That's about where it is, a little lower down I kept feeling for it starting a couple of weeks ago. I remember thinking, I should be feeling it now. Guess I missed its big debut and skipped right ahead to the good stuff, lol.
