I have pain in my tailbone because baby girl is sitting really low all the time and right in between my pelvis. So I get the hip popping too which is annoying and painful but I never had found a way to help it. Mostly it's the tailbone on me that hurts!
Hi girls just thought I would share this. I have been having tailbone pain and hips popping too. I asked a physical therapist at work what stretches or therapy they would do if I came in for treatment. She said they would probably tie a stretch band around my leg and have me do leg lifts forward, backward, left, and crossing right. She said leg raises should help too. Something about strenghthening those muscles.
I noticed doing a pelvic tilt type of thing seems to help too. I do them all the time standing waiting at work or at home. Sometimes I put a pillow under my bottom and lifting my pelvis up for a bit... I read yoga moves, cat stretch and downward dog can help too. I didnt notice a difference with them though! And not crossing your legs tightly. Open cross is fine but the tighter one (Like most women sit!) pulls the hips together too much. Mine definately still hurts but I feel a little better with the combo of all that! HTH! can you tell I have been having this problem too from all the research??
