i had breakfast at just before 11, a big bowl of weetos with full fat milk... now at 1 i feel shaky and like im going to pass out, i have some home made quiche, baked beans (3 tbsps) and a sprinkle of cheese on it.
the shakyness isnt subsiding very quickly and im struggling to eat as not really hungry... anyone else like this?
i've had the feeling faint and dizzy feeling. it lasted a few days and then went suddenly. I put it down to low blood pressure. but i also get a feeling like you describe, along with slight nausea, when i haven't eaten for a while. hope you feel better soon xx
I get that sometimes, I just try and make sure I eat every 2.5/3 hours and a glass of orange juice or something sweet often helps me.
The weeto's are probably not the best thing to start the day, I am better with porridge or muesli, slow release.
I'd probably check with the midwife/doc incase you are aneamic.
I am feeling exactly the same! It happened this morning, I felt really hot and struggled to breathe properly, and got really light headed. I am not a fainting type person so it was really scary and I'm still nor feeling right. i don't feel like eating either, but I did have a large bowl of cereal this morning, and have also had a milkshake. Not sure if I should go to the docs or midwife or something or whether Im overreacting??x
not anaemic blood count is 12.1 bp has been in good range. i cant eat every 2-3 hours, im just not hungry. i too would never normally go for weetos but theyre all i could face this morning (even though im yogurt and museli mad!)
im really worried about this, i know its probarly my diet. Last night i found it hard to eat too and ended up just having peas and a slice of broccoli quiche for dinner (all i want is eggs and broccoli) the thought of juice... urgh ive been drinking PLJ and water.
Ok, I am just going from my experience, But unless I eat within half hour of getting up then I just feel like how you have said. and i feel like crap for the rest of the day.
So maybe eating something within half hour of getting up..
