risk of m/c

i was wondering if i should still be worrying over m/c risk
i have had two previous mc but they were before i was 7 weeks
i have had two scans and saw it kicking and doing flips and saw the heart beating down my down syndrome scan and it came back low so should i carry on worrying or finally let it go?

If you carry on worrying you're not going to enjoy your pregnancy. The risk is extremely low for mc at this stage. I know it's not easy, I have moments of panic still, but there comes a point when you've got to let that worry go. Xxxx

You're only 16 weeks hun, you probably won't feel much for the next few weeks, esspecially if this is your first baby. Try not to worry about mc, you'll just stop enjoying your pregnancy. The risk is extremely low- probably around 0.05% or something. x

There is always a chance of MC till end of pregnancy but then there are chances of other things that could happy but once u are out that 1st tri MC dramatically drops. No matter what anyone says u will worry through ur whole pregnancy.

With my DD I was so scared the 1st tri everytime i went toilet i always looked to if i was bleeding as had a mmc with my first. Then 2nd tri wasnt as bad but i still worried, as in i didnt av a big bump so was worried baby wasnt growing wasnt feeling movement like other ladies do etc. Then 3rd tri i worried more i mut of gone hospital about 10 times if i didnt feel baby but eveything was fine. Then i had mt DD at 37+1 and for month i would check on her while sleeping and soemtimes make sure shes breathing. Its a natural thing to worry

I agree with mummylove. The risk will always be there but drops dramatically after the 1st tri. Don't worry. It will only make your heartburn worse

It's completely natural to worry. This is my second pregnancy and i do nothing but worry, i was the same thing first time round.

Try not to let it get you down though and enjoy your pregnancy

I'd just like to say it's completely natural to worry, I'm almost 33 weeks and with every passing week there's a new worry. It's all part of pregnancy and parenting...I don't think you ever stop worrying. I would say though that I had an early private scan at 10 weeks and there was our baby jumping around, heart flickering away. The sonographer said that after seeing a heartbeat at 10 weeks there is a 99% chance of your baby being born. Obviously as you see on here people do lose their babies but worrying about it won't make your pregnancy any easier or enjoyable. I'd let it go as best as you can and just enjoy being pregnant! x
