I got my results from my 16 week ultrasound and my doctor told me that the baby had a large stomach. The doctor did not seem overly concerned and told me that I need to get another ultrasound next month to check on the babys stomach. They said that the baby may have just drank alot of fluid to cause the stomach to be enlarged. I was just wondering if anyone has had the same problem? or if anyone knows anymore about this? I have had alot of trouble finding information online. Anything would help, Im really concerned!!
Do you mean the Abdominal Circumference or something different? With Liam on the notes his AC was off the charts! But they didn't seem concerned, however he was born 9lb7. This time this baby's is still above the average but not as much.
Thanks guys! I have to wait two weeks for an ultrasound. I havent been tested yet for diabetes, that I know of. My stomach is not what is large, its the babys stomach. I hope everything looks average on her next scan, trying to stay positive!!
