Fitness DVD


Hello, Im just popping over from the 1st tri, I was wondering whether anyone has bought and used any fitness DVD I am used to doing fitness excersie on the PS3 its an aerobic class. Howevr I had a MC in May and now I have my BFP Im trying to be good and not doing anymore aerobic exercise, but thought someone mau have used a DVD of excersies more suitable for Pregnant ladies...

Anyone had any experience??

I been thinking about buying a pregnancy yoga/pilates dvd, i found loads on the HMV website x

I bought the y plan one, and i will get a yoga one as its more gentle for when i get bigger x

I think someone mentioned one by Erin somebody but Im not sure how to try them out, perhaps I should have a look on Lovefilm!

Hello i bought a dvd yesterday, i looked on amazon for the reviews before. I saw the one of erin asswell (erin mccall or something the wife of an actor) but it got bad reviews: peopled found it too much impact and partially not suited for pd egnancy cause of thhe of the rapif

The one i got was only a fiver, so i figured if i dont like it i wont care too much about wasting the money. I defo want a yoga/pilates one for 3rd trimester though.

... sorry my phone sucks!

...rapid movements and hectic music. In the end i decided for a german one (sorry), that was developed by a midwive and physiotherapist who also was pregnant.
If i was you i would look for something like that, a mix of yoga, pilates and gymnastics cause i think yoga alone doesn't really kick it much. Good luck!
