Hello i bought a dvd yesterday, i looked on amazon for the reviews before. I saw the one of erin asswell (erin mccall or something the wife of an actor) but it got bad reviews: peopled found it too much impact and partially not suited for pd egnancy cause of thhe of the rapif
...rapid movements and hectic music. In the end i decided for a german one (sorry), that was developed by a midwive and physiotherapist who also was pregnant.
If i was you i would look for something like that, a mix of yoga, pilates and gymnastics cause i think yoga alone doesn't really kick it much. Good luck!
