I got sick of looking for maternity clothes..... I went onto E-Bay and there were loads of bundles on there.... I am now kitted out for rest of pregnancy - Got probably £200 worth of clothes for like £20.... Well chuffed... mama and papas jeans, mothercare tops, next trousers for work..... Not all of them were my style but the things that were I am really pleased with.. :-)

Wow! Well done!

I've not managed bargains quite as good as yours but I did get some good buys off Ebay..

- John Lewis moses basket in immaculate condition for £5, not sure how much they are new there but I'm guessing a lot more!

- A big bundle of 0-3 month clothes in brill condition for £5.. there were tons of lovely sleepsuits, some dungarees, trousers, tops and cardis.. it would have been a fortune to buy that all new.

- A baby gym/play mat thing with lights and sounds for £22 in good condition which is 55 in the babiesrus catolouge.

- A tommee tippee electric stem steriliser for 99p.

Ooooh and my travel system, although we haven't picked it up yet! It's exactly the same one as we saw in the shop but £150 instead of £330 so very, very happy with that!
Go ebay!
xx

awesome bargains there. i have got a few clothes for the wee man. recently i spent a fortune as i bought all new newborn/0-3 so i bidded on a few outfits in 0-3/3-6 and got some real bargains. i love next clothes but for the length of time they are in them its hardly worth the cost. i always got my daughter next clothes, spent a fortune but ebay was pretty lowkey back then. i have found some lovely cot bedding which is brand new for a fraction of the price in shops.
i dont really need any furniture as i have had most if not all given to me by relatives but i am always looking out for bargains.
