I have this a lot. What do you generally eat?

Please don't think that I'm trying to diagnose you, but someone told me that if they 'crash' after eating it can be a sign of gestational diabetes. If I eat a carb heavy meal (like a baguette) then I can barely keep my eyes open, which happened yesterday. Today I had a small bread roll and lots of protein and I have more energy.

I haven't been tested so don't know if I have GD but I am at high risk of getting it.

Please don't take my word as gospel, as its just something I've read. I just know carbohydrates can affect people with GD and cause energy crashes if that makes sense!
