uterus measuring bigger

i went to my doc for my app today and my uterus is measuring at 20 weeks... thats a 5 week difference.... haven't had it in other pg's... ?????

Maybe it's due to having had children already? Was the dr concerned?

He didn't seem to be although he asked if i was sure there was only one in there... I had a scan at 12 weeks and only one was seen.... i have felt bigger this time and i have noticed that it is way too near my belly button. I measured bang on with the last pg .... i am going back in 4 weeks and if there is still a difference he is sending my for a scan.
