Nope, I wanted to do it without, when I asked for one I was 9cm and wouldn't let me, I had her naturally with gas and air and diamorphine.

I'm waiting for my Physio appointment to come through. I'm braving going out today - I've been housebound for the past week, but I desperately need to do things, so I've got to go out. I know I'll pay for it and be unable to get out of bed for a few days afterwards.

I've no idea how I'm going to deal with the birth. I desperately want to only use gas & air, but no idea how that would work with SPD.

What does the physio do Jazzy? I'm waiting for my appointment. I'm actually hoping he'll give me crutches, I'm in that much pain somettimes.

They made me do some exercises, I had to lift one leg as high as I could, then the other but I couldn't even do that, its to painful and I feel like I'm being poked with hot rods, I couldn't even attempt any others, she felt around and said that my right side is still higher then my left and I have to go back next week
