Anyone else? Stomach feels extremely full, bloated and a bit crampy?

Hi,

Well unfortunately my ms has returned so I really dont feel like eating, however I have been forcing myself to eat good things like - fruit, veg, crackers and cheese, cereals etc.

Since eating those my stomach just feels so full (like my stomach cant get any bigger), bloated and crampy....I have a feeling this is just trapped wind / constipation? Or do you think it is something else?

Anyone got any remedies???

xxxx

I was in agony last night with constipation and had been waking up with pains, gas and bloating its awful feeling, I sympathise with you. I took some lactulose as was desperate and loads of orange juice, seem to be a bit better today xx

My chemist gave me fybrogel, which you drink twice a day and keeps you regular. I had been really bloated and in a bit of pain. Give it a try. Plus i also cut out all white bread which helped.

Yes white bread is the DEVIL!!!!!
My stomach was so bad last night I thought something was really wrong but deep down I knew it was the constip[ation and gas. I think I actually overloaded on fibre, fruit and veg..... I am really trying to drink about 2 or 3 litres of water a day now
