Your best bet is to zone out! Thats what I do. My OH isnt too bad TBH and we rarely argue but on the occasions when he does irritate the shit out of me I just tell him that I cant be arsed talking to him and to get out of my space. Seems to work!

I was getting so worked up there for awhile everyday that I asked my doctor at my last visit if stress and me getting upset affected the baby at all.. and he said No only if I got so upset that I physically hurt myself. So no worries if you need to scream a little or cry a little let it out. Or go into the room shut the door and beat the pillow. I think it's better than holding it in...

I wouldn't worry about it too much
DH and I argue a lot more now that I'm pregnant. Not only am I tired, sore and hormonal which means I have less patience and am more prone to blow up and add to or create a fight, but we also have more stress in terms of money etc because of baby coming

My husband went to a 'first time fathers meeting' where they taught him what to expect with me and when the baby comes etc. Anyways they covered the area of arguing and advised the fathers that if there is arguing to not worry as it can be good for the baby's and help condition and prepare them for the outside world.

So i wouldn't worry! Unless the arguments are completely stressing you out. Stress isn't good.
