Been geeting a horrible numbness in my left thigh. Seems to come when I've either been sitting or laying in one position for too long or when I'm walking around (so a lot lol!) today when we were doing the shopping this morning it turned from an uncomforatble numbness to a horrible ache on the left side of my pelvis and throbbed down to my knee, was horrible, any ideas what it could be???
Sorry I can't help much but it reminded me I'd been waking up in the morning with a numbness sort of pain feeling in my outer right thigh, it must be just staying in the same position for too long hun cos it goes away when I roll over
A few nights ago for two nights in a row. I woke up with dead leg and a dead arm. I started moving and got pins and needles in them. I think its just where were still for a while. Im normally a real wriggler in bed but after knowing Its best to stay on your side ive tried staying still for longer. Thats what i put it down to. Im not too worried. I havnt had it for a few days now.
Dead leg and a dead arm?, imagine me getting up for the loo lol
I was thinking trapped nerve too, especially with that horrible ache you got. I had it as well when I started laying on my left side more often, plus as baby grows your uterus will gradually put more pressure on your nerves.
