This is my second pregnancy and while at the early stages I constantly felt tiered and sleepy but by about 10-12 weeks I started to feel more energized. However from about 15 weeks I feel tiered again and wake up every morning with fatigue. I feel like I can lay on a sofa all day if I could. Yesterday I made a 17 min walk that I used to do before and had to stop twice because I felt so exhausted.
I wounder if it is ok to have spells of fatigue in the second trimester or something is wrong with me? My Chinese acupuncturist also said that I have "low energy" judging by my pulse.
I don't know. I work from home and my daughter is 7 year old. My husband is doing school runs and I do less than I normally would. My blood tests were ok at 10 weeks may be I need to do it again now. I wounder if it is ok to take iron supplement before tests are done? I have to travel for work next week and I am terrified I will be shattered all the time. I will also have a 4 hours difference!
Im 17 weeks today and in the same boat, feel so exhausted almost all day every day and like you say feel like I could just lay on setee all day. I work full time as a primary school teacher so have quite a demanding job. Also Im still being ill with MS every morning so I suppose that drains me a little. Its a bloody hard job cooking a baby!!!!!
